I also wanted to let you know how WONDERFUL our walker Patt is in South Boston. He has been consistent now for over a year and I could not be happier! He is so responsive to my crazy schedule and exercises such great judgment taking awesome care of my little pug Connor who like many other small dogs has had a rough winter with all the snow! I have stopped home for lunch on occasion and had Connor ignore me and run straight to Patt when he is picked up for his walk. Connor absolutely loves Patt! |

Dear Paws, I wanted to let you laugh a little with me... my brother called me accusing me of having a new boyfriend, and I had no idea what he was talking about. He had heard from a friend of his that a man was walking Kayla. Well, in fact, it was Yannick, so I let my curious brother know that Kayla had a boyfriend, not I. Thank you for such great service for her, we both appreciate it. Kate Carney and Kayla |

Will I have the same person walking my dog every day?
Yes. Our goal at Paws has always been consistency. After almost ten years of experience, it is our belief that your pet is more at ease with the same person entering your house each day to walk them. This enables our walkers to develop a loving relationship with your pet, consequently building a bond of trust and obedience. We also strive to build a relationship with owners so that both owner and staff member feel as though the needs of your pet are understood and being met.
|
Will I get daily feedback on my pets care?
Yes. All of our walkers leave daily notes at the house detailing the days events. Notes include such information as where they went for their walk, new training techniques that may have been learned, and other dogs met along the way. We also include without hesitation whether or not your dog performs his proverbial mid-day bathroom duties becuase we understand how critical this information becomes to your evening routine. You will know that your pet has had a great day with the Paws staff!

In fact, we strive to provide your pets with a balanced lifestyle, an appropriate exercise routine, and a reliability that both you and they can count on.

Why do we have to meet before service begins?
We prefer a meet and greet before service begins so that all parties can get acquainted and comfortable with one another. We assure you this will ease your stress when leaving your pet for the first time, whether it be a day at work or a vacation far, far away. Paws feels it is best for both you as an owner, and us as the care provider, to have a common understanding of what your expectations are and how we can succesfully provide the care you desire.
